Five users find most of what is wrong. We recruit participants matching your audience, give them realistic tasks on your live product, and watch without helping. What emerges is rarely what the team expected. Each finding is ranked by how many participants hit it and how badly it blocked them, and every one is backed by a video clip you can show a sceptical colleague.
