What this engagement is

Building the wrong thing is more expensive than building it slowly. This sprint interrogates the idea before anyone writes code. We interview the people who will use the product, map the job they are trying to finish, and draw the flows end to end including the awkward states everyone forgets: empty lists, failures, partial permissions. You finish with annotated wireframes, a prioritised scope split into must and later, and a build estimate honest enough to plan around.
