Engineering capacity, bought like software
UniStack Tech turns senior engineering work into fixed-scope sprints you can read, price and start this week. Every engagement lists what gets built, who builds it and the day it lands.
Built with the stack you already run
Nine practices
Each practice is staffed by engineers who do that work daily — not generalists rotated between disciplines. Every sprint inside it is priced and scoped in the open.
Websites, dashboards and applications built by engineers who will still be readable in two years. React, Next.js, Laravel and Node, shipped with tests, documentation and a repository you own outright.
Infrastructure that deploys itself and does not surprise you at month end. Terraform, AWS, Kubernetes and GitHub Actions, set up properly and handed over with the runbooks your team needs.
Warehouses, pipelines and models that answer questions your business actually asks. Postgres, dbt, Airflow and language models applied where they earn their keep, not where they demo well.
Interfaces designed around what people are trying to do. Discovery, wireframes, Figma systems and usability testing, delivered as files your developers can build from without guessing.
Getting your systems to talk to each other reliably. Documented REST APIs, payment gateways, ERP syncs and messaging platforms, wired up with retries, logging and honest error handling.
Find the holes before somebody else does. Penetration testing, cloud permission audits, DPDP Act readiness and the evidence groundwork that SOC 2 and ISO 27001 auditors ask for.
Tests that catch real regressions instead of decorating a coverage report. Playwright suites, API contract packs, load runs and a plan your team can maintain after we leave.
Someone competent on the other end of the line when production misbehaves. Monitoring, patching, verified backups and monthly application support, with named engineers and response times written down rather than quietly implied.
Short, cheap, direct answers from senior engineers. One question, a codebase skim, a cloud bill sanity check or an hour on architecture — from ₹499, when you need an opinion rather than a project.
How an engagement runs
The path from finding a sprint to taking delivery is deliberately short. Most of what agencies bill for happens before work begins; here it has already been written down.
Every engagement page publishes the deliverables, the stack, the turnaround and the fee before anything is signed. Nothing is quoted after the fact.
Add the sprints you need and pay by UPI. The figure at checkout is the figure charged — GST is already inside it.
A short technical brief appears in your dashboard. Share the repository, cloud account or design file we listed and the clock starts.
Work lands in your repositories against the stated date, with a written handover, a walkthrough recording and one revision round included.
Most booked

Why teams switch
The billing model decides the behaviour. When the fee is fixed and the scope is public, the incentive is to finish well and finish early — so that is what we built the company around.
Sprint reviews are recorded, not re-explained.
Every walkthrough is handed over as a file you keep.
You never book a call to discover a price. Each engagement carries a published fee, so procurement can approve it before a single meeting is scheduled.
Every sprint names the artefacts that land: the repositories, the pipelines, the dashboards, the documents. If something is out of scope, the page says so plainly.
You are told who is building, what they have built before, and which hours they keep. The same people stay on the engagement through handover.
Repositories, cloud accounts, container registries, licences and CI runners are provisioned under your organisation. Nothing has to be rebuilt if you move on.
Buy one sprint. If it worked, buy the next. There is no minimum term, no notice period and no annual commitment hiding in the terms.
In their words
“We had been quoted six weeks and a discovery phase for the same work. The scope was on the page, we paid on a Tuesday and had engineers in our repository by Friday.”
“The handover document is the part I did not expect. Our own team picked the pipeline up two months later without a single question back to UniStack.”
“They told us one of the sprints we had added was unnecessary and refunded it before starting. That is the reason we have booked four more since.”
Quotes are illustrative of engagements delivered in 2026 and are published with client permission on request.
Answers
If yours is not here, it is probably on the answers page — and if not, ask us in writing and we will answer in writing.
No. Every UniStack engagement is a one-time, fixed-scope sprint with a published fee. You buy the piece of work, not a number of hours, and nothing renews on its own.
You get an order confirmation with your order number, and a technical brief opens in your dashboard. Once the brief and access are in, engineers are assigned within 3 working days.
Senior engineers on our own payroll, based in India, working in your repository under your branch protection rules. We do not subcontract engagements to third parties.
Yes — most engagements run that way. We follow your review process, your commit conventions and your release cadence rather than asking you to adopt ours.
We say so before starting and either adjust the engagement or refund it. Discovering mid-sprint that you bought the wrong thing is our mistake to absorb, not yours.
Routinely. Send yours during checkout or afterwards; we also have standard versions covering the DPDP Act and GDPR-equivalent processing terms if you would rather use ours.
Capacity open this month
No discovery calls to find out a number, no statements of work that take three weeks to sign. Pick the engagement that matches the problem and we assign the engineers.
