Someone left, and now nobody wants to deploy on a Friday. We take an application you have inherited and make it workable: get it running locally, pin the dependency versions, add a smoke test suite, remove the credentials sitting in the repository, and document how a change actually reaches production. You also get an honest assessment of what is salvageable and what should be rewritten, with cost ranges attached. We do not recommend a rewrite unless the numbers support it.
