What this engagement is

Manual deployments fail at the worst possible time, usually because the person who knows the steps is unavailable. We build a GitHub Actions pipeline for up to three repositories: linting and tests on every pull request, container images built and tagged on merge, and deployment to staging automatically with production behind an approval gate. Rollback is a single workflow run, not a scramble. Secrets move into GitHub environments with proper scoping, and caching is tuned so the pipeline stays fast enough that people keep using it.

Deployment to an existing cluster is included. Building the cluster itself is a separate scope.
