Overview
An hour is enough to work through a real architecture problem if the preparation is done first. You share diagrams, repository access or a description of the situation, and we review it before the call rather than reacting live. Then we spend the hour on the decision in front of you: whether to split the monolith, how to handle the scaling wall you can see coming, whether the platform you are evaluating fits. You get the recording and written notes with a recommendation you can act on.
